What you’ll need
1 can chickpeas
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp Tahini
How to make it
- Place the chickpeas (unstrained) in the food processor along with the other ingredients. Process to a chunky consistency. For some extra punch, add in some chilli!
- Season with some olive oil and parsley and for some extra crunch, sprinkle some pine nuts!
- Serve with either celery or carrot sticks!
