Whether you’re entertaining at home, or just wanting to whip up a healthy, afternoon snack for one this hummus dip is the ultimate go-to when you are wanting to satisfy those afternoon cravings!

 

What you’ll need 

 

1 can chickpeas

1 lemon

Olive Oil

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp Tahini

 

How to make it 

  1. Place the chickpeas (unstrained) in the food processor along with the other ingredients. Process to a chunky consistency. For some extra punch, add in some chilli!
  2.  Season with some olive oil and parsley and for some extra crunch, sprinkle some pine nuts!
  3. Serve with either celery or carrot sticks!
