However guilty-pleasure-no-more with our refined recipe which contain all natural, refined sugar free ingredients and are the perfect little remedy for when you want to beat those sugar cravings! The best part of all..this recipe requires NO BAKING, all you’ve got to do is wait for it to simply set in the fridge!

What you’ll need 

For the slice 

1 cup coconut flour

3/4 cup desiccated coconut

3/4 cup almond meal

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil

For the filling 

4 cups shredded coconut

1/3 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

For the chocolate 

1/2 cup cacao

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/3 maple syrup

pinch of salt.

  1. Line a baking tin ensuring the parchment paper overhangs either side of the pan.
  2. Place the almond meal, coconut flour, maple syrup and coconut oil into a bowl and mix. transfer to a pan to set in fridge for about an hour.
  3. For the filling, place the ingredients into a processor and then place onto slice and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. For the chocolate, place the ingredients in a saucepan and stir until smooth. Pour the chocolate over the chilled mixture and leave for another 1-2 hours.
  5. Should make 18.
