While feasting on the idyllic balcony, watch the experienced bar staff create decadent cocktails that pair perfectly with the first-class cuisine. The drinks menu draws inspiration from Catalina’s picturesque and iconic waterside location, with refreshing options including lychee and mango martinis, peach bellinis, passionfruit margaritas and classics such as Pimms and French champagne.
Whether the reason for your visit is business or pleasure, the sun-drenched bar area at Catalina is a fantastic place to meet or socialise with friends in a more relaxed setting. No reservation necessary.

In keeping with the harbourside location, seafood is a Catalina specialty. Head Chef Mark Axisa insures us that the oysters are shucked to order, and long-standing relationships with Sydney’s leading suppliers provide their customers with the best line-caught fish. The highest quality meat and poultry are sourced from all over Australia.
